Last Friday I attended the Quarterly Levelling Up Fund Delivery – Programme Board Meeting at The Growth Hub at Vantage Point, Mitcheldean.
The multi-site regeneration continues across the Forest of Dean, with the three partners involved delivering as promised.
In Cinderford, three Electric Vehicle Charging Points (EVCPs) have recently been installed. These can be found at Rheola House, in the Belle Vue Centre car park. Improvements continue to be made to the Wesley and The Music Works are currently completing their installation of equipment at 6 Market Street.
At Five Acres, planning documents that detail the plans for the site are now available for viewing and comment. These can be found here - https://publicaccess.fdean.gov.uk/online-applications/ with the reference number - P1435/23/FUL
At Hartpury University and Hartpury College, the development of the new University Innovation, Careers and Enterprise Learning Centre continues at pace, with work expected to be completed in the near future.
The Forest of Dean District Council, Cinderford Town Council and Hartpury University and Hartpury College are continuing to work hard to provide these new and improved facilities for local residents in the Forest of Dean.
If you have any questions about any of these projects, please do contact my office.
