Lydney Harbour Update

Lydney Harbour

Following public concern over the installation of fencing at Lydney Harbour, I wrote to the Environment Agency (EA) to seek clarification on what was happening. I have now received a reply from Mr Martin Quine, Place Manager at the EA, and have posted his reply.

I am pleased to read that the fencing is temporary, however, the EA recognise that Lydney Harbour is a very special place for many residents and any change can be unsettling. As a result, the EA will be organising a meeting with key community stakeholders to discuss this matter further.
